物隅（ObjU）用户协议

欢迎使用物隅（ObjU，下称“本应用”）。在使用本应用前，请你仔细阅读并理解本协议和《物隅（ObjU）隐私政策》。你下载、安装、打开或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议；如果你不同意本协议，请停止使用本应用。

本用户协议适用于当前发布版本。若上线地区、开发者主体或功能范围发生变化，我们会根据实际上线版本更新本协议。

1. 服务内容

本应用是一款生活资产记录与规划工具，主要功能包括：

1. 记录物品、分类、标签、价格、购买日期、使用周期、估算价值、转卖或赠出情况。
2. 记录分期、费用、保修、凭证、序列号、附件、OCR 识别文本等资产资料。
3. 记录订阅、续费周期、金额和本地提醒。
4. 记录心愿清单、目标日期、预期价格和优先级。
5. 基于你输入的数据，在本机计算日均成本、剩余负债、净成本、近期到期事项和其他洞察。
6. 通过 Apple StoreKit 提供 Pro 或内购相关能力。
7. 通过系统相机、相册、文件选择器、通知、反馈服务、邮件和 iCloud/CloudKit 同步能力提供辅助功能。

当前版本以本机保存为主，不提供自建账号系统。iCloud 同步通过 Apple CloudKit 私有数据库实现；反馈功能会在你主动提交时使用开发者配置的反馈服务；家庭共享仍属于规划或预留能力，正式启用以前不构成对该功能可用性的承诺。

如果你选择外币记录，本应用可以查询公开参考汇率，帮助你将外币金额折算到展示货币。

2. 账户和使用资格

当前版本不要求你注册物隅账号。部分系统能力可能依赖你的 Apple ID、iCloud、App Store、系统邮件或设备权限。

你应确保自己具备使用本应用和接受本协议的民事行为能力。未满 14 周岁的未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用本应用。

3. 用户数据和隐私

你在本应用中录入的资产、金额、凭证、图片、文件、备注、订阅和心愿等内容由你自行负责。当前版本主要保存在你的设备本机，并可通过 Apple CloudKit 同步到你的私有 iCloud 数据库。我们不会主动审查这些数据，也不会把这些资产内容上传到开发者反馈服务。

本应用如何处理信息，详见《物隅（ObjU）隐私政策》。如果你主动使用反馈、邮件备用、StoreKit、iCloud 同步、系统通知、相机、相册、文件导入等功能，相应信息会按隐私政策、Apple 系统规则和相关第三方服务规则处理。

4. 你的使用责任

你同意：

1. 只在合法、正当、必要的范围内使用本应用。
2. 对你录入、导入、拍摄、保存或发送的内容负责。
3. 不上传、保存或传播侵犯他人合法权益、违反法律法规或违反公序良俗的内容。
4. 在导入包含他人个人信息、身份证件、金融账户、发票抬头、联系方式等材料前，确保你有合法处理依据，并尽量遮盖无关敏感信息。
5. 自行核对 OCR 识别结果、金额、日期、保修、续费和提醒信息。
6. 自行维护设备安全、系统权限、Apple ID、iCloud、邮件账户和备份策略。
7. 不对本应用进行反向工程、破解、绕过付费限制、恶意测试、干扰服务或其他未经授权的使用。

5. 计算结果和提醒的性质

本应用中的日均成本、剩余负债、净成本、估值、续费、到期事项、提醒和洞察，均基于你录入的数据和本机计算规则生成，仅供个人记录和参考。

本应用不提供金融、投资、理财、税务、保险、法律、会计、医疗或专业鉴定建议。你不应仅依赖本应用作出高价值购买、贷款、转卖、投资、纳税、保险理赔或其他重大决策。

本地通知可能受到系统设置、省电策略、网络状态、时区、设备时间、权限和 Apple 系统限制影响，不能保证绝对准时或必然送达。

应用内实时/参考汇率来自公开汇率服务，不是银行、信用卡组织、支付平台或换汇机构的实际成交或入账汇率。实际汇率可能因银行牌价、手续费、点差、结算时间、周末/节假日、退款或跨境支付规则略有差异。需要精确记账时，请以银行或支付平台账单为准，或改用手动汇率。

6. 凭证、OCR 和附件

你可以主动使用相机、相册或文件选择器添加发票、小票、订单截图、保修卡、PDF 或其他文件。图片 OCR 在本机完成，识别结果可能存在错误、遗漏或误判。

你应在保存前核对识别结果。本应用不会替你判断凭证真实性、发票有效性、保修权利、所有权、转卖资格或税务合规性。

请不要把本应用作为唯一的凭证保管方式。对重要发票、合同、保修卡、序列号、付款凭证等材料，你应自行保留原件、云端备份或其他可靠备份。

7. iCloud、备份和数据丢失风险

当前版本的数据主要保存在设备本机，并可通过 Apple CloudKit 同步到你的私有 iCloud 数据库。卸载应用、清除设备、系统故障、设备丢失、误删数据、iCloud 权限关闭、Apple 服务异常或迁移失败，仍可能导致数据不同步或丢失。

设置页会展示 iCloud 账户和同步层状态。跨设备同步依赖你的 Apple ID、iCloud 空间、系统权限、网络环境和 Apple CloudKit 服务；不同设备之间的数据合并和同步完成时间可能存在延迟。

你应根据数据重要性自行做好备份。对于因你未备份、误操作、系统故障、设备问题、Apple 服务异常或不可抗力导致的数据丢失，在法律允许范围内，我们不承担超出法律规定的责任。

8. Pro、内购和订阅

本应用可能通过 Apple StoreKit 提供 Pro、订阅或一次性购买项目。具体商品名称、价格、权益、周期、试用、续订规则和退款规则，以 App Store 购买页和 Apple 提供的信息为准。

如果某项商品为自动续订订阅，订阅会通过你的 Apple ID 账户扣费，并由 Apple 管理续订、取消和退款。你可以在 iOS 设置、App Store 或 Apple ID 订阅管理页面取消自动续订。取消后，已付费周期通常仍可使用到当前周期结束，具体以 Apple 规则为准。

我们可能根据产品发展调整免费功能、Pro 功能、商品名称、价格或权益范围。已经产生的购买和订阅权益会按 Apple 规则、购买时说明和适用法律处理。

9. 知识产权

本应用的软件、界面、交互、图标、文案、代码、设计、内置资产、品牌标识和相关材料，除依法属于第三方或另有说明外，归开发者或相应权利人所有。

你在本应用中录入或导入的个人内容仍归你或原权利人所有。你授予本应用在实现本机记录、展示、计算、OCR、提醒和你主动选择的同步/反馈等功能所必需范围内处理这些内容的权限。

未经开发者书面许可，你不得复制、修改、分发、出售、出租、反向工程、破解、绕过技术限制或以其他未经授权的方式使用本应用。

10. 第三方服务

本应用依赖或调用 Apple 提供的系统服务和能力，包括但不限于 App Store、StoreKit、iCloud/CloudKit、UserNotifications、PhotosUI、相机、文件选择器和 Vision。你使用这些服务时，还需遵守 Apple 的相关条款和隐私政策。

反馈功能会调用开发者配置的反馈服务保存你主动提交的反馈内容、可选联系方式、可选诊断日志和最多一张反馈图片，并通过邮件通知开发者。反馈备用方式会调用系统邮件或邮件链接；邮件是否能成功发送、邮件服务商如何处理邮件内容，由你选择的邮件客户端和邮件服务商规则决定。

我们不对第三方服务的可用性、规则变更、收费、数据处理、系统限制或故障承担超出法律规定的责任。

自动参考汇率功能会调用 Frankfurter 汇率服务；你使用该功能时，也可能受到该服务可用性、数据来源和更新频率的影响。

11. 服务变更、中断和终止

我们可能根据产品规划、系统兼容性、合规要求、安全风险或运营情况，对本应用进行更新、暂停、调整或停止部分功能。

对于规划中、测试中、预览中或标注为“规划中”的功能，我们不保证其一定上线、持续可用或按当前描述实现。

如果你违反本协议、法律法规或损害他人权益，我们有权在法律允许范围内限制、暂停或终止向你提供相关服务。

12. 免责声明和责任限制

在法律允许范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。我们会尽力保持应用稳定、准确和安全，但不保证：

1. 所有功能在所有设备、系统版本、地区或网络环境下均可用。
2. OCR、计算结果、估值、提醒、导入、导出、同步或购买状态永远准确无误。
3. 数据不会因设备、系统、权限、Apple 服务、误操作或不可抗力发生丢失。
4. 本应用能满足你的所有业务、财务、法律、税务、家庭管理或专业决策需求。

对于因使用或无法使用本应用产生的间接损失、利润损失、数据丢失、业务中断、第三方索赔或其他衍生损失，在法律允许范围内，我们不承担超出法律规定的责任。

13. 协议变更

我们可能根据功能变化、合规要求或运营需要修改本协议。修改后，我们会通过应用内、发布说明、上架信息或其他合理方式提示。你继续使用本应用，即表示你接受更新后的协议；如果你不同意更新内容，请停止使用本应用。

14. 法律适用和争议解决

如适用法律没有强制性相反规定，本协议的订立、生效、履行、解释和争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议或本应用产生的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，可提交有管辖权的人民法院解决。

如果你所在地区的强制性法律另有规定，则以该强制性规定为准。

2. 帳號和使用資格

本 App 如何處理資訊，詳見《物隅（ObjU）隱私權政策》。如果你主動使用電子郵件意見回饋、StoreKit、iCloud 同步、系統通知、相機、相簿、檔案匯入等功能，相應資訊會按隱私權政策和 Apple 系統規則處理。

4. 你的使用責任

你同意：

1. 只在合法、正當、必要的範圍內使用本 App。
2. 對你輸入、匯入、拍攝、儲存或發送的內容負責。
3. 不上傳、儲存或傳播侵犯他人合法權益、違反法律法規或違反公序良俗的內容。

Welcome to ObjU (“the App”). Please read and understand these Terms and the ObjU Privacy Policy before using the App. By downloading, installing, opening, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

1. Service Scope

The App is a personal asset recording and planning tool. It can record items, categories, tags, prices, purchase dates, usage cycles, estimated values, resale or gift-out status, installments, expenses, warranties, documents, serial numbers, attachments, OCR text, subscriptions, renewal cycles, wish lists, target dates, and local reminders. It calculates daily cost, remaining debt, net cost, upcoming due items, and other insights based on data you enter. The current version is primarily local-first and has no developer-operated account system. iCloud sync is implemented through Apple CloudKit private databases when available and enabled. Feedback uses the developer-configured feedback service only when you actively submit it.

If you record foreign-currency items, the App can query public reference exchange rates to help convert foreign-currency amounts into your display currency.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The current version does not require an ObjU account. Some system features may depend on your Apple ID, iCloud, App Store, system mail, or device permissions. You must have the legal capacity to use the App and accept these Terms. Children under 14 should use the App with consent and guidance from a guardian.

3. User Data and Privacy

You are responsible for assets, amounts, documents, images, files, notes, subscriptions, and wishes that you enter or import. Data is mainly stored on your device and may be synced to your private iCloud database through Apple CloudKit. We do not actively review this data and do not upload asset content to the developer feedback service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only in lawful, proper, and necessary ways; to be responsible for content you enter, import, photograph, store, or send; not to store or distribute unlawful or rights-infringing content; to ensure you have a lawful basis before importing materials containing another person’s personal information; to verify OCR results, amounts, dates, warranties, renewals, and reminders; to maintain your device, Apple ID, iCloud, mail account, and backup strategy; and not to reverse engineer, crack, bypass paid limits, maliciously test, or interfere with the App.

5. Reference-only Calculations and Reminders

Daily cost, remaining debt, net cost, estimates, renewals, due items, reminders, and insights are generated from your entries and local rules. They are for personal records and reference only. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, insurance, legal, accounting, medical, appraisal, or other professional advice. Local notifications may be affected by system settings, power management, network, time zone, device time, permissions, and Apple system limits.

In-app real-time/reference exchange rates come from a public exchange-rate service and are not the actual transaction or posting rates used by banks, card networks, payment platforms, or currency-exchange providers. Actual rates may differ slightly because of bank quotes, fees, spreads, settlement timing, weekends or holidays, refunds, or cross-border payment rules. For precise bookkeeping, rely on your bank or payment-platform statement, or use a manual rate.

6. Documents, OCR, and Attachments

You may add invoices, receipts, order screenshots, warranty cards, PDFs, or other files. Image OCR is performed on device and may contain errors, omissions, or false recognition. You should verify results before saving. Do not use the App as your only storage for important receipts, contracts, warranty cards, serial numbers, or payment proofs.

7. iCloud, Backup, and Data Loss

Data is mainly stored on device and may sync through Apple CloudKit to your private iCloud database. Uninstalling the App, erasing the device, system failures, device loss, accidental deletion, disabled iCloud permissions, Apple service issues, or migration failures can still cause data mismatch or loss. You should keep backups based on data importance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by lack of backup, user mistakes, system failures, device issues, Apple service issues, or force majeure beyond what applicable law requires.

8. Pro, In-App Purchases, and Subscriptions

The App may offer Pro, subscriptions, or one-time purchases through Apple StoreKit. Product names, prices, benefits, periods, trials, renewal rules, and refunds are subject to the App Store purchase page and Apple’s information. Auto-renewable subscriptions are charged through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. You can cancel auto-renewal in iOS Settings, the App Store, or Apple ID subscription management.

9. Intellectual Property

The App’s software, interface, interactions, icons, copy, code, design, built-in assets, brand marks, and related materials belong to the developer or relevant rights holders unless otherwise stated or legally owned by third parties. Content you enter or import remains owned by you or the original rights holder. You grant the App permission to process that content only as necessary to provide local recording, display, calculation, OCR, reminders, and any sync or feedback features you choose.

10. Third-party Services

The App depends on Apple services including App Store, StoreKit, iCloud/CloudKit, UserNotifications, PhotosUI, camera, file picker, and Vision. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Feedback may use the developer-configured feedback service to save your message, optional contact information, optional diagnostics, and at most one feedback image, and to notify the developer by email. Fallback feedback may use the system mail app or mail links, and email delivery and processing are governed by your mail client and email provider.

The automatic reference-rate feature calls the Frankfurter exchange-rate service. Your use of that feature may also be affected by that service’s availability, data sources, and update frequency.

11. Service Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, adjust, or stop parts of the App based on product planning, system compatibility, compliance needs, security risks, or operating conditions. Features marked planned, testing, preview, or similar are not guaranteed to launch, remain available, or be implemented as currently described.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it stable, accurate, and secure, but do not guarantee that every function works on every device, system version, region, or network; that OCR, calculations, estimates, reminders, imports, exports, sync, or purchase status are always accurate; that data cannot be lost; or that the App meets all business, financial, legal, tax, family-management, or professional decision needs.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms based on feature changes, compliance requirements, or operational needs. We will use reasonable methods such as in-app notices, release notes, or App Store information. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless mandatory laws in your location provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction. Mandatory local legal protections remain unaffected.

1. サービス範囲

本アプリは、個人の資産を記録し計画するためのツールです。物品、カテゴリ、タグ、価格、購入日、使用サイクル、見積価値、売却または譲渡状況、分割払い、費用、保証、証憑、シリアル番号、添付ファイル、OCRテキスト、サブスクリプション、更新周期、欲しい物リスト、目標日、ローカル通知を記録できます。ユーザーが入力したデータに基づき、日割りコスト、残債、純コスト、期限が近い項目などを計算します。現在のバージョンは主にローカル保存であり、開発者運営のアカウントシステムはありません。iCloud同期は、利用可能かつ有効化された場合にApple CloudKitのプライベートデータベースを通じて実装されます。フィードバックはユーザーが送信した場合のみ、開発者が設定したフィードバックサービスを使用します。

外貨で記録する場合、App は公開参考為替レートを照会し、外貨金額を表示通貨へ換算する補助を行うことがあります。

2. 利用資格とアカウント

現在のバージョンではObjUアカウントは不要です。一部の機能はApple ID、iCloud、App Store、システムメール、端末権限に依存する場合があります。ユーザーは、本アプリを使用し本規約に同意する法的能力を有している必要があります。14歳未満の未成年者は、保護者の同意と指導の下で使用してください。

3. ユーザーデータとプライバシー

入力または取り込んだ資産、金額、証憑、画像、ファイル、メモ、サブスクリプション、欲しい物についてはユーザーが責任を負います。データは主に端末上に保存され、Apple CloudKitを通じてユーザー自身のプライベートiCloudデータベースへ同期される場合があります。当方はこれらのデータを能動的に審査せず、資産内容を開発者フィードバックサービスへアップロードしません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

4. ユーザーの責任

ユーザーは、本アプリを適法、正当かつ必要な範囲でのみ使用すること、入力、取り込み、撮影、保存、送信する内容について責任を負うこと、違法または第三者の権利を侵害する内容を保存または配布しないこと、他人の個人情報を含む資料を取り込む前に適法な根拠を確認すること、OCR結果、金額、日付、保証、更新、通知を自ら確認すること、端末、Apple ID、iCloud、メールアカウント、バックアップ方針を適切に管理することに同意します。また、リバースエンジニアリング、クラッキング、有料制限の回避、悪意あるテスト、妨害行為を行ってはなりません。

5. 計算結果と通知の性質

日割りコスト、残債、純コスト、見積り、更新、期限、通知、インサイトは、ユーザーの入力とローカル計算規則に基づき生成される参考情報です。本アプリは金融、投資、税務、保険、法律、会計、医療、鑑定その他の専門的助言を提供しません。ローカル通知は、システム設定、省電力、ネットワーク、タイムゾーン、端末時刻、権限、Appleシステムの制限に影響される場合があります。

App 内のリアルタイム/参考為替レートは公開為替レートサービスに基づくもので、銀行、カードネットワーク、決済プラットフォーム、両替サービスが実際に適用する取引レートまたは計上レートではありません。実際のレートは、銀行の提示レート、手数料、スプレッド、決済タイミング、週末・祝日、返金、越境決済ルールによりわずかに異なる場合があります。正確に記録する必要がある場合は、銀行または決済プラットフォームの明細を基準にするか、手動レートを使用してください。

6. 証憑、OCR、添付ファイル

ユーザーは請求書、レシート、注文スクリーンショット、保証書、PDF、その他のファイルを追加できます。画像OCRは端末上で行われますが、誤認識、漏れ、誤判定が起こる可能性があります。保存前に結果を確認してください。重要な領収書、契約書、保証書、シリアル番号、支払証明の唯一の保管場所として本アプリだけに依存しないでください。

7. iCloud、バックアップ、データ消失

データは主に端末上に保存され、Apple CloudKitを通じてユーザーのプライベートiCloudデータベースへ同期される場合があります。アプリのアンインストール、端末初期化、システム障害、端末紛失、誤削除、iCloud権限の無効化、Appleサービスの問題、移行失敗により、データ不整合または消失が発生する可能性があります。データの重要性に応じてバックアップを保持してください。法律で認められる範囲で、バックアップ不足、ユーザー操作、システム障害、端末問題、Appleサービス、不可抗力による損失について、当方は法定範囲を超える責任を負いません。

8. Pro、アプリ内課金、サブスクリプション

本アプリはApple StoreKitを通じてPro、サブスクリプション、または買い切り購入を提供する場合があります。商品名、価格、特典、期間、試用、更新規則、返金はApp Storeの購入ページおよびAppleの情報に従います。自動更新サブスクリプションはApple IDを通じて課金され、Appleが管理します。iOS設定、App Store、Apple IDのサブスクリプション管理画面から自動更新を解約できます。

9. 知的財産

本アプリのソフトウェア、インターフェイス、操作、アイコン、文言、コード、デザイン、内蔵素材、ブランド表示、関連資料は、別途明記または第三者に帰属するものを除き、開発者または権利者に帰属します。ユーザーが入力または取り込む内容は、ユーザーまたは元の権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本アプリがローカル記録、表示、計算、OCR、通知、選択した同期またはフィードバック機能を提供するために必要な範囲で当該内容を処理することを許可します。

10. 第三者サービス

本アプリはApp Store、StoreKit、iCloud/CloudKit、UserNotifications、PhotosUI、カメラ、ファイルピッカー、VisionなどAppleサービスに依存します。これらの利用にはAppleの規約とプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。フィードバックは、本文、任意の連絡先、任意の診断情報、最大1枚の画像を保存し、開発者へメール通知するため、開発者が設定したフィードバックサービスを使用する場合があります。予備手段としてシステムメールまたはメールリンクを使用する場合があります。

自動参考レート機能は Frankfurter の為替レートサービスを呼び出します。この機能の利用は、同サービスの可用性、データソース、更新頻度の影響を受ける場合があります。

11. サービス変更と終了

法律で認められる範囲で、本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供されます。すべての機能がすべての端末、OSバージョン、地域、ネットワークで利用できること、OCR、計算、見積り、通知、インポート、エクスポート、同期、購入状態が常に正確であること、データが失われないこと、または本アプリがすべての業務、財務、法律、税務、家庭管理、専門的判断の需要を満たすことを保証しません。

13. 規約変更

当方は、機能変更、法令対応、運営上の必要に応じて本規約を更新する場合があります。アプリ内通知、リリースノート、App Store情報など合理的な方法で案内します。継続使用は更新後の規約への同意を意味します。同意しない場合は使用を中止してください。

14. 準拠法と紛争

ユーザー所在地の強行法規に反しない限り、本規約には中華人民共和国法が適用されます。紛争はまず友好的協議により解決し、協議で解決しない場合は管轄権を有する裁判所に提出できます。現地の強行法上の保護は影響を受けません。

1. 서비스 범위

앱은 개인 자산 기록 및 계획 도구입니다. 물품, 분류, 태그, 가격, 구매일, 사용 주기, 추정 가치, 판매 또는 증여 상태, 할부, 비용, 보증, 증빙, 일련번호, 첨부파일, OCR 텍스트, 구독, 갱신 주기, 관심 목록, 목표일, 로컬 알림을 기록할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 입력한 데이터에 따라 일평균 비용, 잔여 부채, 순비용, 예정 항목과 기타 인사이트를 계산합니다. 현재 버전은 주로 로컬 우선이며 개발자 운영 계정 시스템은 없습니다. iCloud 동기화는 사용 가능하고 활성화된 경우 Apple CloudKit 비공개 데이터베이스를 통해 구현됩니다. 피드백은 사용자가 제출한 경우에만 개발자가 구성한 피드백 서비스를 사용합니다.

2. 자격 및 계정

3. 사용자 데이터와 개인정보

4. 사용자 책임

사용자는 앱을 합법적이고 정당하며 필요한 범위에서만 사용할 것, 입력·가져오기·촬영·저장·전송하는 내용에 책임질 것, 위법하거나 권리를 침해하는 내용을 저장하거나 배포하지 않을 것, 타인의 개인정보가 포함된 자료를 가져오기 전에 적법한 근거를 확인할 것, OCR 결과와 금액, 날짜, 보증, 갱신, 알림을 확인할 것, 기기와 Apple ID, iCloud, 메일 계정, 백업 전략을 관리할 것에 동의합니다. 또한 리버스 엔지니어링, 크랙, 유료 제한 우회, 악의적 테스트 또는 앱 방해 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

5. 계산 및 알림의 참고 성격

일평균 비용, 잔여 부채, 순비용, 추정치, 갱신, 기한, 알림, 인사이트는 사용자의 입력과 로컬 규칙에 따라 생성되는 참고 정보입니다. 앱은 금융, 투자, 세무, 보험, 법률, 회계, 의료, 감정 또는 기타 전문 조언을 제공하지 않습니다. 로컬 알림은 시스템 설정, 절전 정책, 네트워크, 시간대, 기기 시간, 권한 및 Apple 시스템 제한의 영향을 받을 수 있습니다.

앱 내 실시간/참고 환율은 공개 환율 서비스에서 제공되며 은행, 카드 네트워크, 결제 플랫폼 또는 환전 서비스의 실제 거래 또는 청구 환율이 아닙니다. 실제 환율은 은행 고시 환율, 수수료, 스프레드, 결제 시점, 주말/공휴일, 환불 또는 해외 결제 규칙에 따라 약간 다를 수 있습니다. 정확한 기록이 필요하면 은행 또는 결제 플랫폼 명세서를 기준으로 하거나 수동 환율을 사용하세요.

6. 증빙, OCR, 첨부파일

사용자는 송장, 영수증, 주문 스크린샷, 보증서, PDF 또는 기타 파일을 추가할 수 있습니다. 이미지 OCR은 기기에서 수행되며 오류, 누락 또는 잘못된 인식이 있을 수 있습니다. 저장 전에 결과를 확인해야 합니다. 중요한 영수증, 계약서, 보증서, 일련번호, 결제 증빙을 앱에만 의존해 보관하지 마세요.

7. iCloud, 백업 및 데이터 손실

데이터는 주로 기기에 저장되며 Apple CloudKit을 통해 사용자의 비공개 iCloud 데이터베이스로 동기화될 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제, 기기 초기화, 시스템 오류, 기기 분실, 실수로 삭제, iCloud 권한 비활성화, Apple 서비스 문제 또는 마이그레이션 실패로 데이터 불일치나 손실이 발생할 수 있습니다. 데이터 중요도에 따라 백업을 유지해야 합니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 백업 부족, 사용자 실수, 시스템 장애, 기기 문제, Apple 서비스 문제 또는 불가항력으로 인한 손실에 대해 당사는 법정 범위를 초과한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

8. Pro, 인앱 구매 및 구독

앱은 Apple StoreKit을 통해 Pro, 구독 또는 일회성 구매를 제공할 수 있습니다. 상품명, 가격, 혜택, 기간, 체험, 갱신 규칙 및 환불은 App Store 구매 페이지와 Apple 정보에 따릅니다. 자동 갱신 구독은 Apple ID를 통해 청구되고 Apple이 관리합니다. iOS 설정, App Store 또는 Apple ID 구독 관리에서 자동 갱신을 취소할 수 있습니다.

9. 지식재산권

앱의 소프트웨어, 인터페이스, 상호작용, 아이콘, 문구, 코드, 디자인, 내장 자산, 브랜드 표시 및 관련 자료는 별도 표시 또는 제3자 권리를 제외하고 개발자 또는 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 사용자가 입력하거나 가져온 콘텐츠는 사용자 또는 원 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 사용자는 앱이 로컬 기록, 표시, 계산, OCR, 알림 및 사용자가 선택한 동기화나 피드백 기능을 제공하는 데 필요한 범위에서 해당 콘텐츠를 처리하도록 허용합니다.

10. 제3자 서비스

앱은 App Store, StoreKit, iCloud/CloudKit, UserNotifications, PhotosUI, 카메라, 파일 선택기, Vision 등 Apple 서비스에 의존합니다. 이러한 서비스 이용에는 Apple의 약관과 개인정보 보호정책도 적용됩니다. 피드백은 사용자가 제출한 메시지, 선택적 연락처, 선택적 진단 정보, 최대 1장의 이미지를 저장하고 개발자에게 이메일로 알리기 위해 개발자가 구성한 피드백 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 예비 수단으로 시스템 메일 또는 메일 링크를 사용할 수 있습니다.

13. 약관 변경

당사는 기능 변경, 준법 요구 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 본 약관을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 안내, 릴리스 노트 또는 App Store 정보 등 합리적인 방법을 사용할 수 있습니다. 계속 사용하면 업데이트된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않으면 사용을 중지해야 합니다.

14. 준거법 및 분쟁

사용자 소재지의 강행 법규가 달리 정하지 않는 한, 본 약관에는 중화인민공화국 법률이 적용됩니다. 분쟁은 먼저 우호적으로 협의하며, 협의가 실패하면 관할권 있는 법원에 제기할 수 있습니다. 현지 강행법상 보호는 영향을 받지 않습니다.

Bienvenido a ObjU (“la app”). Antes de usarla, lee y comprende estos Términos y la Política de privacidad de ObjU. Al descargar, instalar, abrir o usar la app, aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, deja de usarla.

1. Alcance del servicio

La app es una herramienta para registrar y planificar bienes personales. Permite registrar objetos, categorías, etiquetas, precios, fechas de compra, ciclos de uso, valores estimados, venta o regalo, cuotas, gastos, garantías, documentos, números de serie, adjuntos, texto OCR, suscripciones, ciclos de renovación, lista de deseos, fechas objetivo y recordatorios locales. Calcula coste diario, deuda restante, coste neto, próximos vencimientos y otros análisis a partir de los datos que introduces. La versión actual es principalmente local-first, sin cuenta propia ni servidor de negocio operado por el desarrollador. La sincronización de iCloud se realiza mediante bases privadas de Apple CloudKit cuando está disponible y activada.

Si registras elementos en moneda extranjera, la app puede consultar tipos de cambio públicos de referencia para ayudarte a convertir importes a tu moneda de visualización.

2. Requisitos y cuentas

La versión actual no requiere cuenta ObjU. Algunas funciones pueden depender de tu Apple ID, iCloud, App Store, correo del sistema o permisos del dispositivo. Debes tener capacidad legal para usar la app y aceptar estos Términos. Los menores de 14 años deben usarla con consentimiento y guía de un tutor.

3. Datos del usuario y privacidad

Eres responsable de los bienes, importes, documentos, imágenes, archivos, notas, suscripciones y deseos que introduces o importas. Los datos se guardan principalmente en tu dispositivo y pueden sincronizarse con tu base privada de iCloud mediante Apple CloudKit. No revisamos activamente esos datos ni subimos el contenido de activos al servicio de feedback del desarrollador. Consulta la Política de privacidad.

4. Tus responsabilidades

Aceptas usar la app solo de forma legal, adecuada y necesaria; responsabilizarte del contenido que introduces, importas, fotografías, guardas o envías; no almacenar ni distribuir contenido ilegal o que infrinja derechos; verificar la base legal antes de importar materiales con datos personales de terceros; comprobar resultados OCR, importes, fechas, garantías, renovaciones y recordatorios; mantener tu dispositivo, Apple ID, iCloud, correo y estrategia de copia de seguridad; y no realizar ingeniería inversa, crackear, eludir límites de pago, probar maliciosamente o interferir con la app.

5. Cálculos y recordatorios solo como referencia

Coste diario, deuda restante, coste neto, estimaciones, renovaciones, vencimientos, recordatorios y análisis se generan con tus entradas y reglas locales. Son solo para registro personal y referencia. La app no ofrece asesoramiento financiero, de inversión, fiscal, de seguros, legal, contable, médico, de tasación ni profesional. Las notificaciones locales pueden verse afectadas por ajustes del sistema, ahorro de energía, red, zona horaria, hora del dispositivo, permisos y límites de Apple.

Los tipos de cambio en tiempo real/de referencia dentro de la app provienen de un servicio público de tipos de cambio y no son los tipos reales de transacción o contabilización usados por bancos, redes de tarjetas, plataformas de pago o proveedores de cambio. Los tipos reales pueden diferir ligeramente por cotizaciones bancarias, comisiones, diferenciales, momento de liquidación, fines de semana o festivos, reembolsos o reglas de pagos transfronterizos. Para una contabilidad precisa, usa el extracto de tu banco o plataforma de pago, o introduce un tipo manual.

6. Documentos, OCR y adjuntos

Puedes añadir facturas, recibos, capturas de pedidos, garantías, PDF u otros archivos. El OCR de imágenes se realiza en el dispositivo y puede contener errores, omisiones o reconocimientos incorrectos. Debes revisar los resultados antes de guardar. No uses la app como único lugar de conservación para recibos, contratos, garantías, números de serie o justificantes importantes.

7. iCloud, copias de seguridad y pérdida de datos

Los datos se guardan principalmente en el dispositivo y pueden sincronizarse mediante Apple CloudKit con tu base privada de iCloud. Desinstalar la app, borrar el dispositivo, fallos del sistema, pérdida del dispositivo, borrados accidentales, permisos de iCloud desactivados, problemas de Apple o fallos de migración pueden causar desajustes o pérdida de datos. Mantén copias de seguridad según la importancia de los datos. En la medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos por pérdidas causadas por falta de copia, errores del usuario, fallos del sistema, problemas del dispositivo, servicios Apple o fuerza mayor más allá de lo exigido legalmente.

8. Pro, compras dentro de la app y suscripciones

La app puede ofrecer Pro, suscripciones o compras únicas mediante Apple StoreKit. Nombres, precios, beneficios, periodos, pruebas, reglas de renovación y reembolsos dependen de la página de compra del App Store y de la información de Apple. Las suscripciones renovables se cobran mediante tu Apple ID y las gestiona Apple. Puedes cancelar la renovación automática en Ajustes de iOS, App Store o gestión de suscripciones de Apple ID.

9. Propiedad intelectual

El software, interfaz, interacciones, iconos, textos, código, diseño, recursos incorporados, marcas y materiales relacionados pertenecen al desarrollador o titulares correspondientes, salvo indicación o derechos de terceros. El contenido que introduces o importas sigue siendo tuyo o del titular original. Concedes a la app permiso para tratarlo solo en lo necesario para registro local, visualización, cálculo, OCR, recordatorios y las funciones de sincronización o feedback que elijas.

10. Servicios de terceros

La app depende de servicios Apple como App Store, StoreKit, iCloud/CloudKit, UserNotifications, PhotosUI, cámara, selector de archivos y Vision. 1. Périmètre du service

L’app est un outil de suivi et de planification des biens personnels. Elle peut enregistrer objets, catégories, tags, prix, dates d’achat, cycles d’usage, valeurs estimées, vente ou don, échéances, dépenses, garanties, justificatifs, numéros de série, pièces jointes, texte OCR, abonnements, cycles de renouvellement, envies, dates cibles et rappels locaux. Elle calcule coût quotidien, dette restante, coût net, prochaines échéances et autres analyses à partir de vos saisies. La version actuelle est principalement locale, sans compte propre ni serveur métier exploité par le développeur. La synchronisation iCloud s’effectue via des bases privées Apple CloudKit lorsqu’elle est disponible et activée.

Si vous enregistrez des éléments en devise étrangère, l’app peut consulter des taux de change publics de référence afin de convertir les montants dans votre devise d’affichage.

2. Éligibilité et comptes

La version actuelle ne nécessite pas de compte ObjU. Certaines fonctions peuvent dépendre de votre Apple ID, iCloud, App Store, e-mail système ou autorisations de l’appareil. Vous devez avoir la capacité juridique d’utiliser l’app et d’accepter ces Conditions. Les moins de 14 ans doivent l’utiliser avec l’accord et l’accompagnement d’un responsable légal.

3. Données utilisateur et confidentialité

Vous êtes responsable des biens, montants, justificatifs, images, fichiers, notes, abonnements et envies que vous saisissez ou importez. Les données sont principalement stockées sur votre appareil et peuvent être synchronisées avec votre base iCloud privée via Apple CloudKit. Nous ne les examinons pas activement et ne téléversons pas le contenu de vos biens vers le service de feedback du développeur. Consultez la Politique de confidentialité.

4. Vos responsabilités

5. Calculs et rappels à titre indicatif

Coût quotidien, dette restante, coût net, estimations, renouvellements, échéances, rappels et analyses sont générés à partir de vos saisies et de règles locales. Ils servent uniquement au suivi personnel. L’app ne fournit aucun conseil financier, d’investissement, fiscal, d’assurance, juridique, comptable, médical, d’expertise ou professionnel. Les notifications locales peuvent être affectées par les réglages système, l’économie d’énergie, le réseau, le fuseau horaire, l’heure de l’appareil, les autorisations et les limites Apple.

Les taux de change en temps réel/de référence dans l’app proviennent d’un service public de taux de change et ne sont pas les taux réels de transaction ou de comptabilisation appliqués par les banques, réseaux de cartes, plateformes de paiement ou services de change. 6. Justificatifs, OCR et pièces jointes

L’OCR d’image s’effectue sur l’appareil et peut comporter erreurs, omissions ou reconnaissances incorrectes. Vérifiez les résultats avant enregistrement. N’utilisez pas l’app comme unique conservation des reçus, contrats, garanties, numéros de série ou preuves de paiement importants.

7. iCloud, sauvegarde et perte de données

Les données sont principalement stockées sur l’appareil et peuvent être synchronisées via Apple CloudKit avec votre base iCloud privée. Désinstallation, effacement de l’appareil, panne système, perte d’appareil, suppression accidentelle, autorisations iCloud désactivées, incident Apple ou échec de migration peuvent causer incohérence ou perte de données. Gardez des sauvegardes selon l’importance des données. 8. Pro, achats intégrés et abonnements

L’app peut proposer Pro, abonnements ou achats uniques via Apple StoreKit. Les abonnements renouvelables sont facturés via votre Apple ID et gérés par Apple. 9. Propriété intellectuelle

10. Services tiers

L’app dépend de services Apple tels que App Store, StoreKit, iCloud/CloudKit, UserNotifications, PhotosUI, appareil photo, sélecteur de fichiers et Vision. Leur utilisation est également soumise aux conditions et à la politique de confidentialité d’Apple. Le feedback peut utiliser le service configuré par le développeur pour enregistrer votre message, un contact facultatif, des diagnostics facultatifs et au plus une image, puis notifier le développeur par e-mail. Un e-mail système ou un lien e-mail peut rester disponible comme solution de repli.

Sie kann Gegenstände, Kategorien, Tags, Preise, Kaufdaten, Nutzungszyklen, Schätzwerte, Verkauf oder Geschenk, Raten, Ausgaben, Garantien, Belege, Seriennummern, Anhänge, OCR-Text, Abos, Verlängerungszyklen, Wünsche, Zieltermine und lokale Erinnerungen erfassen. Aus deinen Eingaben berechnet sie Tageskosten, Restschuld, Nettokosten, anstehende Termine und weitere Einblicke. Die aktuelle Version ist hauptsächlich lokal und hat kein eigenes Konto. iCloud-Sync erfolgt über private Apple-CloudKit-Datenbanken, wenn verfügbar und aktiviert. Feedback nutzt nur bei aktiver Übermittlung den vom Entwickler konfigurierten Feedbackdienst.

Wenn du Einträge in Fremdwährung erfasst, kann die App öffentliche Referenz-Wechselkurse abrufen, um Beträge in deine Anzeigewährung umzurechnen.

2. Berechtigung und Konten

Die aktuelle Version erfordert kein ObjU-Konto. Einige Systemfunktionen können von Apple ID, iCloud, App Store, Systemmail oder Geräteberechtigungen abhängen. Du musst rechtlich in der Lage sein, die App zu nutzen und diese Bedingungen anzunehmen. Kinder unter 14 Jahren sollten die App nur mit Zustimmung und Anleitung eines Erziehungsberechtigten verwenden.

3. Nutzerdaten und Datenschutz

4. Deine Pflichten

Du stimmst zu, die App nur rechtmäßig, angemessen und erforderlich zu nutzen; für eingegebene, importierte, fotografierte, gespeicherte oder gesendete Inhalte verantwortlich zu sein; keine rechtswidrigen oder rechteverletzenden Inhalte zu speichern oder zu verbreiten; vor Import von Materialien mit personenbezogenen Daten Dritter eine Rechtsgrundlage zu prüfen; OCR-Ergebnisse, Beträge, Daten, Garantien, Verlängerungen und Erinnerungen selbst zu prüfen; Gerät, Apple ID, iCloud, E-Mail-Konto und Backup-Strategie zu verwalten; und kein Reverse Engineering, Cracken, Umgehen von Bezahlschranken, böswilliges Testen oder Stören der App vorzunehmen.

5. Berechnungen und Erinnerungen nur zur Orientierung

Tageskosten, Restschuld, Nettokosten, Schätzungen, Verlängerungen, Fälligkeiten, Erinnerungen und Einblicke entstehen aus deinen Eingaben und lokalen Regeln. Sie dienen nur persönlichen Aufzeichnungen und der Orientierung. Die App bietet keine Finanz-, Anlage-, Steuer-, Versicherungs-, Rechts-, Buchhaltungs-, Medizin-, Bewertungs- oder sonstige Fachberatung. Lokale Mitteilungen können durch Systemeinstellungen, Energiesparen, Netzwerk, Zeitzone, Gerätezeit, Berechtigungen und Apple-Systemgrenzen beeinflusst werden.

Die in der App angezeigten Echtzeit-/Referenzwechselkurse stammen von einem öffentlichen Wechselkursdienst und sind nicht die tatsächlichen Transaktions- oder Buchungskurse von Banken, Kartennetzwerken, Zahlungsplattformen oder Wechselstuben. Tatsächliche Kurse können aufgrund von Bankkursen, Gebühren, Spreads, Abrechnungszeitpunkt, Wochenenden oder Feiertagen, Erstattungen oder Regeln für grenzüberschreitende Zahlungen leicht abweichen. Für genaue Buchführung solltest du den Auszug deiner Bank oder Zahlungsplattform verwenden oder einen manuellen Kurs eingeben.

6. Belege, OCR und Anhänge

Du kannst Rechnungen, Quittungen, Bestell-Screenshots, Garantiekarten, PDFs oder andere Dateien hinzufügen. Bild-OCR erfolgt auf dem Gerät und kann Fehler, Auslassungen oder Fehlinterpretationen enthalten. Prüfe Ergebnisse vor dem Speichern. Verwende die App nicht als einzigen Speicherort für wichtige Belege, Verträge, Garantiekarten, Seriennummern oder Zahlungsnachweise.

7. iCloud, Backup und Datenverlust

Daten werden hauptsächlich auf dem Gerät gespeichert und können über Apple CloudKit mit deiner privaten iCloud-Datenbank synchronisiert werden. Deinstallation, Löschen des Geräts, Systemfehler, Geräteverlust, versehentliches Löschen, deaktivierte iCloud-Berechtigungen, Apple-Dienstprobleme oder Migrationsfehler können Datenabweichungen oder -verlust verursachen. Erstelle Backups entsprechend der Wichtigkeit der Daten. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig haften wir nicht über gesetzliche Pflichten hinaus für Verluste durch fehlende Backups, Nutzerfehler, Systemfehler, Geräteprobleme, Apple-Dienste oder höhere Gewalt.

8. Pro, In-App-Käufe und Abos

Die App kann Pro, Abos oder Einmalkäufe über Apple StoreKit anbieten. Produktnamen, Preise, Vorteile, Zeiträume, Testphasen, Verlängerungsregeln und Erstattungen richten sich nach der App-Store-Kaufseite und Apple-Informationen. Automatisch verlängerbare Abos werden über deine Apple ID abgerechnet und von Apple verwaltet. Du kannst die automatische Verlängerung in iOS-Einstellungen, App Store oder Apple-ID-Aboverwaltung kündigen.

9. Geistiges Eigentum

Software, Oberfläche, Interaktionen, Icons, Texte, Code, Design, integrierte Inhalte, Marken und zugehörige Materialien gehören dem Entwickler oder jeweiligen Rechteinhabern, sofern nicht anders angegeben oder gesetzlich Dritten zugeordnet. Von dir eingegebene oder importierte Inhalte bleiben dein Eigentum oder das des ursprünglichen Rechteinhabers. Du erlaubst der App, diese Inhalte nur soweit zu verarbeiten, wie es für lokale Erfassung, Anzeige, Berechnung, OCR, Erinnerungen sowie gewählte Sync- oder Feedbackfunktionen nötig ist.

10. Drittanbieter-Dienste

Die App hängt von Apple-Diensten wie App Store, StoreKit, iCloud/CloudKit, UserNotifications, PhotosUI, Kamera, Dateiauswahl und Vision ab. Deren Nutzung unterliegt auch Apples Bedingungen und Datenschutzhinweisen. Feedback kann den vom Entwickler konfigurierten Feedbackdienst nutzen, um deine Nachricht, optionale Kontaktdaten, optionale Diagnosen und höchstens ein Bild zu speichern und den Entwickler per E-Mail zu benachrichtigen. Systemmail oder E-Mail-Links können als Fallback verwendet werden.

Die automatische Referenzkurs-Funktion ruft den Wechselkursdienst Frankfurter auf. Die Nutzung dieser Funktion kann auch von Verfügbarkeit, Datenquellen und Aktualisierungshäufigkeit dieses Dienstes beeinflusst werden.

11. Änderungen und Beendigung des Dienstes

Wir können Teile der App aufgrund von Produktplanung, Systemkompatibilität, Compliance, Sicherheitsrisiken oder Betrieb aktualisieren, aussetzen, anpassen oder einstellen. Als geplant, Test, Preview oder ähnlich markierte Funktionen sind hinsichtlich Veröffentlichung, dauerhafter Verfügbarkeit oder Umsetzung wie beschrieben nicht garantiert.

12. Haftungsausschluss und Haftungsbegrenzung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig wird die App „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ bereitgestellt. 7. iCloud, backup e perdita dati

I dati sono salvati principalmente sul dispositivo e possono sincronizzarsi tramite Apple CloudKit con il tuo database iCloud privato. Disinstallazione, cancellazione del dispositivo, errori di sistema, perdita del dispositivo, eliminazioni accidentali, permessi iCloud disattivati, problemi Apple o migrazioni fallite possono causare incongruenze o perdita dati. Mantieni backup in base all’importanza dei dati. Nei limiti di legge, non siamo responsabili oltre quanto previsto per perdite dovute a mancanza di backup, errori utente, guasti di sistema, problemi del dispositivo, servizi Apple o forza maggiore.

8. Pro, acquisti in-app e abbonamenti

L’app può offrire Pro, abbonamenti o acquisti una tantum tramite Apple StoreKit. Nomi prodotto, prezzi, vantaggi, periodi, prove, regole di rinnovo e rimborsi dipendono dalla pagina di acquisto App Store e dalle informazioni Apple. Gli abbonamenti rinnovabili sono addebitati tramite Apple ID e gestiti da Apple. Puoi annullare il rinnovo automatico in Impostazioni iOS, App Store o gestione abbonamenti Apple ID.

9. Proprietà intellettuale

Software, interfaccia, interazioni, icone, testi, codice, design, asset integrati, marchi e materiali correlati appartengono allo sviluppatore o ai rispettivi titolari, salvo diversa indicazione o diritti di terzi. I contenuti inseriti o importati restano tuoi o del titolare originario. Autorizzi l’app a trattarli solo quanto necessario per registrazione locale, visualizzazione, calcolo, OCR, promemoria e funzioni di sincronizzazione o feedback scelte.

10. Servizi di terzi

L’app dipende da servizi Apple come App Store, StoreKit, iCloud/CloudKit, UserNotifications, PhotosUI, fotocamera, selettore file e Vision. Il loro uso è soggetto anche ai termini e alla privacy policy Apple. Il feedback può usare il servizio configurato dallo sviluppatore per salvare messaggio, contatto opzionale, diagnostica opzionale e al massimo un’immagine, e per notificare lo sviluppatore via email. Mail di sistema o link email possono restare disponibili come fallback.

La funzione dei tassi di riferimento automatici chiama il servizio di cambio Frankfurter. L’uso di questa funzione può dipendere anche dalla disponibilità, dalle fonti dati e dalla frequenza di aggiornamento di tale servizio.

11. Modifiche e cessazione del servizio

Possiamo aggiornare, sospendere, modificare o interrompere parti dell’app per pianificazione prodotto, compatibilità, conformità, rischi di sicurezza o operatività. Le funzioni indicate come pianificate, in test, preview o simili non sono garantite quanto a rilascio, disponibilità continua o implementazione come descritta.

12. Esclusione e limitazione di responsabilità

Nei limiti di legge, l’app è fornita “così com’è” e “secondo disponibilità”. Cerchiamo di mantenerla stabile, accurata e sicura, ma non garantiamo che ogni funzione operi su ogni dispositivo, versione, regione o rete; che OCR, calcoli, stime, promemoria, import, export, sincronizzazione o stato acquisti siano sempre corretti; che i dati non vadano persi; o che l’app soddisfi tutte le esigenze professionali, finanziarie, legali, fiscali, familiari o specialistiche.

13. Modifiche dei Termini

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini per cambi funzionali, conformità o esigenze operative. Useremo metodi ragionevoli come avvisi in app, note di rilascio o informazioni App Store. L’uso continuato implica accettazione. Se non accetti, interrompi l’uso.

14. Legge applicabile e controversie

Salvo diversa previsione obbligatoria delle leggi del luogo in cui ti trovi, questi Termini sono regolati dalle leggi della Repubblica Popolare Cinese. Le controversie devono prima essere risolte amichevolmente; se non possibile, possono essere sottoposte a un tribunale competente. Le protezioni obbligatorie locali restano valide.
